hello november!One more day and november is here! Gosh, where was I for the whole month of October? It's been one crazy, busy, happy, sad, exciting month for me. I would say it's an eventful month. :) But the best thing that happened this month is I was able to bond with friends, especially those I don't normally see. It's always nice to update with each other's lives once in awhile and it also felt good that they are able to spend time with me even if they are very busy too. One friend is very busy on her dental implants Plano, and another friend is also busy doing her duties at the hospital. What can I say, but, thank you Lord for giving me beautiful friends in this lifetime! :)
My spirit gets high everytime I heard good news, and lately, I've been on high a lot of times especially that my sister and her family has been receiving a lot of good newsessss.. hehe. I am so happy for them!!! God is super good!
And now, I am also in high with thinking on where to travel next. I know I still have some projects at home, like renovating our kitchen and upgrading our bar faucets to a better one and I need to be prepared financially on these things. So, from now on, I'll be in tipid mode!! Let's see if I'll be successful with that. :D

blogging at 3 AMSo many activities that occupied my time lately... from our Fun-Fest (yahoooo, we are the champion! ), despideda party, dinner meetings, attended a Christening, watched Sessionista, attended a wedding.... These activities indeed made time flies sooo fast that sometimes I want to stop time because I still have to meet some deadlines. But aside from that, I am so grateful since these activities made me spent some quality time with different sets of friends. Talking to them made me realize that we have different problems/concerns that we are facing in our own lives right now... One friend of mine is perfecting her craft to become as good as those Orange New Jersey cosmetic dentist, while another friend is facing some hard time with her relationship with the bf, and a lot more other concerns. Even with these situations that each one of us is facing, I am still thankful that I have these genuine people around me...

still dreamingof my forever dream flip phone... I am still always checking on the SE w980 everytime I passed by the store. I know, I'll be buying a flip phone but the question is when. A flip phone has been a dream phone for almost 3 years! Hehe. There's also a flip phone of Samsung that I like, but, it's just that I am an SE lover.. So, let's see if when can I buy that dream phone. Definitely, not these coming months since bills are soaring high again! waah!!

malling!I literally shop, shop and shop today 'til the shops closed. Heheh. Well, window shop actually, but I admit, I bought some things for myself. Ahhh.. the feeling of getting something new... If only I can buy everything that fancies my eyes.... But of course, as I have matured, I have gained self-control over shopping. I have learned that I don't need to buy one of those cardboard displays even if I find it cute and unique, because I just simply don't need one. :)

christmas is in the airI've been hearing Christmas songs in the malls, and I can't help but be excited for Christmas especially that the family will be complete! And as early as now, I've been receiving some holiday invitations too, but I turned them down because home is where I want to be during the holidays and be with family and loved ones. Christmas trees, gifts, happy songs, kids caroling outside our home... these are just some scenes in my mind that made me smile today....

free meals everywhere!after losing 2kilos, i feel like I am gaining weight again. this month alone, i received a lot of dinner invitations. it's not that i am not thankful, but, i just can't resist the yummy food and in effect, i ate more than what I am supposed to eat. :( Oh, I badly need an appetite suppressants! who can resist lechon? desserts?
during the Christening party that I attended last weekend. Food is heavenly! And the food binge did not stop at the party ...like every meal seems like a party to me last weekend! Ahrrrg!
and did I mention that I'll be having another free dinner tonight?

it's all about the dietEating this delicious mango sushi is a very grave sin against the 10 commandments of how to lose weight. How can I resist this kind of temptation? hehay, walay gamit ang gym. hahaha!
Picture taking at the locker room before hitting the treadmills. Hahaha! We love going to the gym during Sundays since we can exclusively use the machines but... the bad part is, there are no dance classes.
It's been a week since the last time I went there. I got sick and I am having my monthly visit (hello normalcy! heheh)
Hopefully, next week will be a happy and healthy week! Yeah, I miss dancing again!!

wave of emotionsi've been overly emotional these past days and i hate it. a simple disappointment hurts me big time and i've been really so irritable. and I can feel that this is because of the pills that I am taking. :( No, I am not taking some best diet pills , but, I am talking about pills that can cure my menstruation. My doctor warned me with this side effects already... if only I can stop taking my medication. But sad to say, I'll be taking it for 6 months! So, goodluck nalang! But, I am really hoping that my body will kind of get used to the medicine. Really hoping and praying. :(

i want to shop :(today is officially a blogging day as this is the second of the day.
but aside from blogging, I really wanna go to the mall right now and shop. I wanna feel good. I want to be excited superficially for awhile atleast. I want to have my "shopping" medicine... but, my tired body, with my cough is stopping me to go out. :( Though at times like this, it's not really advisable for me to go to the mall while feeling what I feel right now. Impulsiveness is strong that I can grab a Samsonite luggage and swipe! So, you think it's just best to stay put? But, I can go out and leave my cards at home, right? Think, think, think.
Our team is the champion for the bowling game! woohoo! it was a nice feeling especially that we were the underdog based on the elimination game performance. but, what made it more amazing is that I was able to have a strike consecutively! and that's not it, 3 of the members of the team, including me, barely had 4hrs of sleep, and still under the spell of tanduay. you think tanduay did it? hahah!
we were literally jumping for joy while hoping that we can get more than fame for our win. Hmm.. a Corporate usb drive for each member of the team perhaps? Nah, i had enough of those. maybe a massage gift certificate.. i badly need one right now with my cough and body pains. :(

i heart sandra bullockI first love her in the movie "While You Were Sleeping" and still love her in her current movie "The Proposal", though I felt more "kilig" with her first movie. I always love to watch feel-good-movies because these kind of movies doesn't involve heavy drama and no tears while watching them. hehe.
There still so many movies to watch, and I think I need to buy a new external hard drive where I could place all my downloaded movies and mp3s! Thanks God to torrent! LOL!

because I wanted to write something happy in the middle of my foul mood...last month and this month (and who knows this is til November!) we had our mini-sportsfest. From Dota, poker, chess, badminton, bowling, table tennis, etc... name it, we have it! (i heard there's an eating contest? ahihi) Eneweys, pictures below are during our "elimination" games. Murag korek! Twaas fun!
This was during the badminton game. We did our best.. but I guess our best were not good enough... in short, pildi! nyhahaha!
And the bowling game was more fun especially that we will be fighting for champion! weee!! Even Mark's father played well during the game. We thought he's only good in handling industrial hand wheels but, we heard, that he trained his children in bowling when they were still young. So, now, we are facing a well-trained opponents for championships!
and this is me... trying to get a STRIKE......
but, unfortunately, I can only get a SPARE. Not good enough.

still overwhelmed... with a lot of emotions lately.
my heart aches everytime i watch the news. and now, another sad news.... about the new typhoon coming, the earthquake, and the tsunami. sad, sad, sad. Lord God, please bless our planet Earth.
on a positive note, it's a nice feeling to see Filipinos all over the world united and trying to help one another. We can do this, Philippines!
and amidst of everything, there's always a lot of things to be thankful to the Lord... especially the gift of Life! And yes, life is short, so, let's live it fully and meaningfully. And let's always remember that having a whole life insurance, doesn't give us a guarantee that we are insured in His kingdom.
