If you don't want to resort to
weight loss pills, here's 3 natural and effective weight loss you might wanna try:
1. Diet and Nutrition - Watch what you eat! Eat nutritious and avoid eating highly processed food.
2. Resistance Training - Try Pilates or Yoga. These will help you build your muscle.
3. Cardio Training - You can either jog outdoor, or use the treadmill indoor, you can also do biking, elliptical trainer, rollerblading and a lot more. This will help your body burn more fats.
