Gym Notes
Don't go to the gym when you are hungry. Make sure that your sugar level is ok, and you are in your most healthy disposition. These are the things that I learned during my one year visit to the gym last year. I can still remember when I almost passed out after I tried the
ellipticals trainer and that's because I haven't eaten any breakfast yet. The gym assistant then gave me a yummy chocolate for my sugar level to increase. Hehehe.
