That Game!Who haven’t heard about Boston Red Sox Training? I can only die of envy as my cousin told me that she plans to watch the defending 2007 World Series Champion at Spring Training this 2008. She is such a fan, that she became contagious. LOL! Looking at the Boston Red Sox Spring Training Schedule, the team will be playing against Oakland Athletics on April 2, 2008 at McAfee Coliseum Oakland, California. She plans to buy the Red Sox Spring Training tickets with the best seat available for the game (price don't matter for her), and even told me that she'll buy one for me too! Waaa!!! I could really die with envy. But who knows??? Hehehe. There’s no harm in dreaming, right?.. :D

Last November 21, my friend gave birth to a baby girl. It was a smooth delivery as how she described it to me, though it really sounds scary for me. Hehehe. Talawan lang jud ko. :D I am so happy to the new parents! And I am sure, the baby will grow as kikay and as beautiful as her Mom ;)

Bonding with my IpodIt seems that yesterday Cebu was hit by a typhoon for just few hours. The wind was soo strong.. Billboards were flying, branches of the trees are everywhere.. Ana ka kusog! So, it was the best time to just curl up in my bed, and watch movie! :D Good thing, I just uploaded movies (that I missed in the big screen) in my iPod. So, this little thing was my bestfriend yesterday til it ran out of battery. (Not so, and brownout pa jud!)

I have heard talks about business management software of my successful friends who now owned a small to medium sized companies. Movie Time!One thing nice with my job right now is the FREEDOM that we have, and that means, the very flexible schedule that we have. You can start your day as early as you want, ( I did it once, 6AM to be exact), or you can take the night shift in case you are too drunk the previous night to wake up early. You can also go out anytime you want, you can go shopping, watch movie or sleep in between work. Hehehe. And today, we went out in between work, watch movie, and come back here in the office (which explains why I am still working at this hour) with my partner in crime(labyu ting! :D )

Shopping Spree For Me!When I was a kid, one thing I get excited about is the idea of Santa Claus. Sure, my socks are always full during Christmas with candies and goodies. My sisters and me are the happiest during those time of the year. But now that I am getting older, Coupon Chief is now my Santa Claus.

Charade (Girls vs. Boys) We lose by 1pt because they cheated! Hahaha!! Best actors: Alvin performing a flower girl, and Kuya Ador for honeymoon. :D
Couple opened their gifts. Seth confused on how to wear the night gown and Alvin got thrilled in the 3 bottles of Lipovitan. ;)

Test 1,2,3I met lots of testers in my SE life, but, nothing compared to the tester that I am working with now. She is really good in finding bugs! I always get challenge on her ability in looking for loopholes and she really inspires me to strive for "perfection" in what I do. I am always eager to read her replies for the reports on her tests, and wait for "PASSED TESTING, READY TO GO LIVE" message.
Well, this is just one of those days that I received an approval from her for a task that I've been working for quite awhile already. A happy day. :)

I have a friend of mine who keep talking about shopping on black friday and I can't help but wonder what is she talking about. Ok... so, I found out that black friday is the day after Thanksgiving and it is the day that major retailers are on big sale to help kick off the Christmas shopping season.
So, browsing their site really made me excited, and I am eyeing ToysRUS, AceHardware.com and Tommy Hilfiger for my shopping and of course for gift ideas this Christmas. I am also waiting that the Disney store will be posting an ad soon! I can't wait! I will surely buy stuffs from them that I will give to the kids back home... especially to my baby Chy. Insurance TalksAt my age, it is right time to have an insurance of my own. I am still looking for the best life insurance that gives me the best deals. But, does, everyone appreciate the value of insurance in general? I started to appreciate it last year when a friend of mine met a car accident, and good thing he has his own car insurance. He said that it was just a cheap car insurance that he never thought that will turn out a big help of him. And he is driving a better car now.
They are different kinds of insurance available...there's home insurance, health insurance and car insurance to name a few. Well, we can never tell on what tomorrow brings. And I would say, having an insurance will atleast let you not worry about it.

I was really pissed last week, because I wasn't able to use my internet connection at home. I loaded my weroam before I went home for that sole purpose. And guess what? My weroam says that I can't transmit data. Damn. Good thing, the day before that, I discovered that I can connect to my VM without a connection so, not connecting to internet means no distraction in work.
When I came back here in Cebu, it turned out that it's just the VM configuration that is messing up my Weroam. Oh well. I can't turn back time. Just one good lesson to learn.

All my friends knew that I am a credit card girl and credit card is my best friend (especially when I am sad, hehehe). But, I am happy because I can say that I am already a "mature" credit card user. That is, I know when to say NO even if the mall is tempting because it's on SALE. If it's not within my budget, then, it's really a no-no.
With online shopping now a hype, I would say, a credit card is a necessity. But, of course, having this powerful card entails a lot of responsibility. With different available credit cards in the market now, first, you need to do a credit card comparison. I will advise a 0% credit cards to new users. This means, a 0% interest rate on any purchases that you make, so, you will surely enjoy your shopping spree. She's intelligent and a smart kid. She loves to study, and learn new things. (Well.. Asa man diay liwat? Hehehe). She excels in class and her favorite is the recitation part. (Baliktad mi.) As much as we adore her and love her so much, but she has to taste some doze of discipline sometimes especially when she became unreasonable on her actions. I remembered my Sis asking her like a grown-up if she understood why she is being scolded. She got teary-eyed while saying "I am sorry Mama".

Gifts for GuysAs a woman, I personally have difficulty in choosing gifts for guys during Christmas. Unlike with my girlfriends where I can be really creative and excited as the same time in choosing my Christmas gifts to them. Well, not until I saw this site(www.carguygarage.com) and gave me brilliant ideas. They sell cabinets, workbenches, flooring, and a lot more! These stuffs are surely what guys want, and my gift will be unique, too, not the usual t-shirt or cap, or sweater that guys usually receive. My friends (and my Dad, too) would surely love what I will give to them this Christmas.

While eating at Chowking fastfood, I noticed that they are selling fortune cookies. So, i grab one and I was so excited to read my fortune. (it feels like nagpatagna ni Eloy. Hehehe) And what does my fortune cookie tells me? Tadaaang!!!
Awhaaaaaat?? What does that mean? Can someone interpret it for me? Hahaha!! I have lots of friends that are crazy over "fortune-telling", card-reading, palm reading and all those kinds of stuffs. As long as we don't take those things seriously, I think it's ok. Remember the poem Invictus? You are the master of your fate, the captain of your soul. :)

I am so happy today when I checked my mail. Atlast, my application for payperpost is already approved! I am a payperpost member already! I am so excited about it since they offer lots of opportunities for me to earn while blogging. I learned payperpost from one of my blogmates and all her PayPal earnings are from payperpost. Isn't it amazing? This is a new hype in blogging! Atleast, from now on, I will be blogging some serious topics, and not those nonsense stuffs.
Christmas is fast approaching, and it means, I need extra income for all the shopping I have to do. (So excited thinking about SHOPPING. *grin* ) I know, as early as now, I have to write my Christmas list on what to buy, and payperpost is such an angel to me at this time of the year. And of course, I also want to buy something for myself. I am actually eyeing a perfume from Lacoste and CK, and a pair of sneakers. And, I want that grand vacation too! Maybe to a fancy hotel ( my family spend a day at Waterfront Hotel last year), or a first class resort. Hahhaaha!! I know, I am dreaming, but, with payperpost at my side, who knows this will turn into a reality?
At this early, payperpost is my Santa Claus. :)
